A comprehensive health education program titled: **"Premenstrual Syndrome – Self-care During Menstruation – Oral Health."

Health Educational Program on Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) and Self-Care During Menstruation, and oral and dental health This community service aimed to increase female students’ awareness regarding Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) and Self-Care During Menstruation and oral health and to provide essential information on maintaining oral hygiene and preventing common dental issues.

ِA comprehensive Health Education Program titled: "Electronic Smoking – First Aids – Immunizations"

A health program was implemented at the Third Secondary School, covering electronic smoking, immunizations, and first aid. The program was carried out by Dr. Mona Abdel Maksoud along with eighth-level students.

Lectures and videos were presented for each topic, brochures were distributed, and students received hands-on training in first aid.

A competition was also held to assess the students’ knowledge and understanding, with prizes awarded to outstanding participants.

Health Education Program titled: "Healthy Nutrition – Oral and Dental Health – Bullying Among Children"

 

The Community Health Nursing Department, in collaboration with the Maternal and Pediatric Nursing Department and with the participation of eighth-level female students from the college, presented a comprehensive health program for the female students of the 35th Primary School in Al-Muruj District.

The program covered several important topics for the students, including:

  • Oral and dental health

  • Healthy nutrition

  • Bullying among children and ways to overcome it
