نبذة عن اللجنة:

تُعد لجنة البحث العلمي في كلية التمريض من الوحدات المحورية التي تسهم في تحقيق رؤية الكلية نحو التميز الأكاديمي والبحثي. تعمل الوحدة على تعزيز ثقافة البحث العلمي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة، وتشجيع إنتاج أبحاث علمية مبتكرة تتماشى مع احتياجات المجتمع وتخدم مجالات التمريض والرعاية الصحية.

تهدف اللجنة إلى دعم البيئة البحثية داخل الكلية من خلال تنظيم الأنشطة البحثية، وتوفير الدعم الفني والإداري للباحثين، بالإضافة إلى تنمية القدرات البحثية، وتحفيز النشر العلمي في المجلات المحكمة ذات التصنيف العالمي. كما تعمل الوحدة على تفعيل الشراكات البحثية محليًا ودوليًا، بما يضمن تحقيق مخرجات بحثية عالية الجودة تواكب المعايير الأكاديمية العالمية وتسهم في تطوير الممارسة التمريضية وتحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية.

مهام اللجنة

تشجيع ودعم البحث العلمي:

تحفيز أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة على الاشتراك في مشاريع بحثية.

توفير الإرشاد والدعم الفني للباحثين في مختلف مراحل البحث.

تنظيم الفعاليات العلمية:

تنظيم المؤتمرات والندوات وورش العمل البحثية.

استضافة باحثين وخبراء للمشاركة في النقاشات العلمية.

متابعة النشر العلمي:

دعم نشر الأبحاث في مجلات علمية محكمة.

توثيق الإنتاج العلمي للكلية ومتابعة مؤشرات النشر والاقتباس.

بناء شراكات بحثية:

التعاون مع المؤسسات البحثية المحلية والدولية.

تشجيع الأبحاث المشتركة متعددة التخصصات.

دعم تمويل البحوث:

مساعدة الباحثين في إعداد مقترحات البحث للحصول على منح داخلية وخارجية.

التنسيق مع الجهات المانحة لتسهيل التمويل.

متابعة أخلاقيات البحث:

ضمان التزام جميع البحوث بالأخلاقيات والمعايير الأكاديمية المعتمدة.

التنسيق مع لجان الأخلاقيات البحثية المعنية.

تطوير قدرات الباحثين:

تنظيم برامج تدريبية لتطوير المهارات البحثية والكتابة العلمية.

دعم استخدام أدوات وتقنيات البحث الحديثة.
