
Active participation of college students and faculty members in the psychological resilience program
Under the patronage of the esteemed dean of the college and the esteemed vice dean of the college, and in the presence of faculty members and students, a program titled 'Psychological Resilience Shield for Students' was activated. The program was inaugurated with verses from the Holy Quran. Dr. Rania Abdul Hamid Zaki delivered a presentation on psychological resilience, its importance, types, obstacles, symptoms of psychological resilience deficiency, and its impact on physical health and academic performance among female students, along with how students can build their psychological resilience and be psychologically strong.
Dr. Iman Awad Siddiq also discussed domestic violence, its effects on family, individuals, and society, covering types and signs of domestic violence, its motives, the various consequences resulting from it, and ways to prevent it.
Additionally, Dr. Mona Abdul Maqsoud addressed the role of academic advisors in supporting students throughout the academic year, both academically and psychologically.
Students also contributed by offering advice on the importance of psychological immunity and ways to cope with academic challenges, discussing some of the issues faced by students and how to adapt to them.
At the end of the program thier was a simple competion for the students and prizes was distributed to the winners.
