The Academic Development Committee for Faculty Members is one of the key committees at the College of Nursing. It aims to enhance the academic, teaching, and research performance of faculty members and supporting staff by developing their professional skills and strengthening their capabilities in various areas of university teaching, assessment, supervision, and scientific research.
The committee seeks to achieve academic excellence within the college by establishing continuous training plans based on actual needs, keeping pace with evolving teaching and learning methods, and ensuring the effective use of modern educational technologies. It also supports faculty members in developing their research agendas, provides academic consultation, and encourages participation in local and international scientific events.
