About the Committee

The Community Partnerships Committee is one of the active and impactful committees at the College of Nursing. It aims to strengthen collaboration and integration between the college and various local and regional community institutions. The committee plays a vital role in building bridges between the college and sectors such as healthcare, education, and social services, with the goal of expanding the college’s impact beyond the university and supporting sustainable community development.

The committee works to establish strategic partnerships with government entities, non-governmental organizations, healthcare centers, hospitals, and charitable associations. These partnerships are designed to serve mutual interests and support the college’s vision of preparing highly qualified nursing professionals, both academically and professionally, who are capable of fulfilling their societal roles.

In addition, the committee promotes the college’s capabilities and expertise in serving the community, engages in national and local initiatives, and encourages faculty members and students to participate in joint community activities. This involvement helps strengthen the concept of social responsibility and fosters both health and humanitarian awareness among all participants.
