The National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) is a Saudi governmental institution established in 2004 as an administratively and financially independent body, responsible for quality assurance and academic accreditation in post-secondary education. It later became part of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC).

The center was founded in 2004 by Royal Decree and was initially affiliated with the Higher Education Council. Later, it became part of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission under another Royal Decree.

The NCAAA is responsible for accrediting higher education institutions and their programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regulating academic accreditation requests from international bodies, monitoring the quality of accredited institutions and programs, and conducting evaluation studies for institutions and programs.
