About the Unit

The Internship and Clinical Training Unit is one of the core pillars of the College of Nursing. It plays a vital role in organizing and coordinating students’ clinical training throughout their academic years and internship period, ensuring their professional qualification and readiness for the healthcare job market. The unit provides a comprehensive clinical training environment in collaboration with a select group of accredited hospitals and healthcare centers, ensuring a high-quality practical learning experience that positively impacts students’ cognitive, clinical, and behavioral skills.

The unit also monitors and evaluates students' performance during training and offers the necessary support to help them develop their professional skills in line with best international practices. It continuously works to build and strengthen strategic partnerships with training providers to diversify clinical learning opportunities and enhance student exposure to various healthcare settings. Moreover, the unit plays a key role in supervising the implementation of training plans, coordinating clinical schedules, and ensuring students uphold ethical and professional standards throughout their training period.
