College's celebration of World Career Day

Under the patronage of Her Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Sahar Rafdan Al-Shahrani, and with the participation of the Alumni Unit and the Volunteer Work Unit of the college, the World Career Day was celebrated. This event aimed to:

Celebrate the role of the nursing profession and highlight its importance in enhancing the quality of healthcare in conjunction with the World Nursing Day.

Honor the college graduates in recognition of their efforts and achievements and to motivate them for future professional excellence. 

Develop career guidance skills and assist students in planning their career paths with awareness and professionalism. 

Promote a culture of volunteer work in the healthcare field and highlight its role in developing professional and human skills. 

Showcase inspiring examples from students and graduates through sharing successful real experiences. 

Build bridges of communication between the college and alumni to support the continuity of professional development and future collaboration.

The ceremony began with a speech by Her Excellency, the Dean of the College, about the role of the nursing profession in the healthcare sector in light of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, and the importance of development and keeping pace with the era of artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency of nursing care provided across all specialties. Some graduates also shared their experiences in their professional lives to motivate and encourage students to develop their skills. Additionally, Professor Qamar presented a workshop on career guidance and how a nurse can excel in a busy work environment. Professor Banan also shared her experience in volunteer work and the impact of volunteering on developing her professional and personal skills.

The ceremony concluded with the honoring of distinguished graduates, students excelling in student activities, students excelling in innovation, students excelling in community service activities, as well as students excelling in the professional readiness and exit exams.

Members of the faculty, administrative staff, and the laboratory supervisor were also honored for their excellence during the second semester of the academic year 1447.
