The Recruitment and Promotion Committee is one of the key committees at the College of Nursing. It plays an essential role in ensuring the selection of qualified academic and professional personnel to join the college’s academic and administrative staff. The committee is responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes for faculty members and supporting staff, in accordance with the regulations and policies approved by the university and relevant regulatory bodies.
The committee also contributes to evaluating promotion files for faculty members, ensuring they meet the approved academic criteria and requirements. Promotions are granted based on scientific, research, educational achievements, and community service.
