Introductory Meeting for Newly Admitted Students
Under the patronage of the esteemed Dean of the College, Dr. Sahar Rafdan Al-Mashharani, and the esteemed Vice Dean of the College, Dr. Reem Hamidi, the Student Care and Counselling Unit held an orientation meeting for new female students at the Nursing College in Abha. The event started with a welcoming speech, where the college’s mission, objectives, and academic plan were introduced, along with the services provided to students such as counseling and guidance, student and community activities, research services, educational services, and the medical clinic. Additionally, the Admissions and Registration department graced us with Dr. Ali to explain the registration steps, and we were also honored by Dr. Mushail from the Talent and Creativity Center to motivate students to take advantage of their talents. The Counseling Unit highlighted the 'We Are With You' initiative and its importance in assisting new students and introducing them to peer mentors.
In conclusion, a competition for the attendees was held, awards were distributed, and speakers from the faculty and students were honored. Wishing them an academic year full of excellence and creativity.
