Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Nursing in Abha, Dr. Sahar Rifdan Al-Shahrani, the Student Care and Counseling Unit at the college is pleased to offer an awareness session for female students titled 'You Are Not Alone: An Interactive Space Where We Meet to Understand Ourselves, Handle Academic Stress, Build Supportive Relationships, and Know When and How to Ask for Help.' The session will be held on Wednesday, 7/10/2026, at 12:00 PM in Lecture Hall 5.
Session Topics:
1- Understanding Myself: What do I need to feel satisfied, belong, and be capable?
2- Managing My Stress: Can I change the situation, or do I need to change the way I deal with it?
3- Setting My Boundaries: How do I say 'no' without feeling guilty?
4- Seeking Support: Who can I turn to when I need support?
